Qualifications

• 5–9 years of hands-on ERP project management experience.

• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and vendors.
• PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• ERP Implementation Leadership: Lead end-to-end ERP implementations from initiation to go-live and stabilization.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as primary client contact and present updates to executives.
• Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Lead internal teams, vendors, and consultants across workstreams.
• Change, Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, mitigate risks, plan contingencies, manage change.

Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in ERP transformation, a strong command of project management tools and methodologies, and exceptional leadership skills to drive successful delivery of large-scale, complex initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations using leading project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Smartsheet, etc.)
• Define clear project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and ensure on-time, within-scope, and within-budget delivery.

2. ERP Implementation Leadership

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementations, from project initiation and requirements gathering to go-live and post-deployment stabilization.
• Drive continuous system improvement and optimization in collaboration with business and IT teams.
• Ensure adherence to ERP best practices and implementation frameworks.

3. Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, communications, and relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Present project updates, milestones, and outcomes to executive stakeholders.
• Partner with business leaders to ensure the solution meets strategic and operational needs.

4. Cross-Functional Team Leadership

• Lead and coordinate internal teams, third-party vendors, consultants, and business stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration and accountability across technical, functional, and business workstreams.
• Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and motivation to cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and project success.

5. Change, Risk & Issue Management

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues proactively.
• Develop and execute risk mitigation and contingency plans.
• Support change management and training initiatives to facilitate user adoption and smooth transition.

6. Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Ensure ERP solutions meet defined business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Oversee quality assurance processes, testing strategies, validation, and compliance audits.
• Maintain documentation and governance standards throughout the project lifecycle.

7. Vendor & Partner Management

• Evaluate, select, and manage vendors and implementation partners to ensure performance alignment with project goals.
• Manage vendor contracts, deliverables, and escalation procedures effectively.

8. Budget & Cost Management

• Develop and manage ERP project budgets, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
• Track and report on project financials, variances, and ROI.

Requirements:

• 5–9 years of hands-on experience in managing end-to-end ERP implementation projects.
• Proven success in large-scale ERP deployments across multiple business units or geographies.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, etc.).
• Strong understanding of ERP systems.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills — ability to manage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners in complex project environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or ERP system certifications (e.g., SAP Certified) is a plus.
