Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field required, MBA / PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification preferred.
• Proven experience managing large, complex, multi-location projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage ambiguity.
• Experience working with senior clients, CXOs, and internal leadership teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery across ERP/DMS/SFA/IT engagements.
• Act as strategic support to program and delivery heads to ensure adherence to project timelines and scope.
• Proactively identify project risks and define mitigation plans for timely resolution.
• Establish and govern project management frameworks, trackers, MIS reports, and documentation standards.
• Proactively identify project risks, issues, and bottlenecks; define mitigation plans and ensure timely resolution.
• Lead UAT planning and coordination, ensuring client readiness and successful go-live support.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models, aligning execution with business objectives.
