Job summary

ConnexR Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a seasoned Delivery/PM leader to helm ERP data migration and governance initiatives. The role demands 10+ years of overall PM experience, with 6+ years focused on ERP data projects and a track record coordinating technical and functional teams.

The candidate should be adept with SAP/Oracle data structures, data governance, and have exposure to EDMCS, data cleansing, and go-live readiness. Afternoon shifts in India time are expected.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years project management experience with ERP data focus
• Knowledge of ERP data structures (SAP, Oracle) and migration tools/methodologies
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and master data domains (customer, vendor, material, GL)
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred; CDMP a plus
• Strong analytical skills; ability to coordinate technical + functional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP data workstream (EDMCS, Data Hydration, App-to-App Integrations)
• Own end-to-end project plan for migration, cleansing, governance, validation
• Coordinate with functional leads (R2R, S2P, O2C, Enabling Functions)
• Manage MDM activities (standards, ownership, stewardship)
• Oversee ETL processes, reconciliation, and data quality remediation
• Track risks/issues, elevate blockers to program leadership
• Support cutover planning, go-live readiness, and stabilization

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field

Proficiency in Jira, Smartsheet, MS Teams, SharePoint
