Position Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager who will play a key role in assisting project planning, tracking, coordination, and on-time delivery. The role demands excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Project Manager in planning, tracking, and ensuring timely project delivery.
• Coordinate between clients and internal teams for seamless communication and project flow.
• Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and trackers regularly.
• Monitor project tasks and timelines using project management tools.
• Conduct quality checks, UAT coordination, and ensure client-ready deliverables.
• Assist in risk identification, issue tracking, and resolution.
• Possess a good understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and technical concepts.
• Exhibit strong ownership, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (MBA or PMP certification preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or project support, preferably in the IT/ERP domain.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello).
