Job summary

Pace Digitek Infra is seeking a senior project leader to drive end-to-end execution of a 100 MW Solar+ BESS project in Maharashtra. You will oversee civil, electrical and mechanical scopes, manage planning, budgeting, procurement, and vendor coordination, and mentor the site team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering required.
• 10–15 years of experience in BESS, Solar, Substation or large-scale EPC projects.
• Strong leadership, planning and coordination capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of the 100 MW Solar+ BESS project across civil, electrical and mechanical scopes.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting and resource allocation.
• Ensure timely procurement, vendor coordination, and material management.
• Supervise engineering, construction, testing and commissioning activities.
• Review and approve drawings, BOQs, technical specs and project docs.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, HSE guidelines and client requirements.
• Conduct progress tracking, risk assessment and mitigation planning.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders for smooth delivery.
• Lead and mentor the site project team and drive performance.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management.

• Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Ensure timely procurement, vendor coordination, and material management.
• Supervise engineering, construction, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Review and approve drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and project documentation.
• Ensure strict compliance with quality standards, HSE guidelines, and client requirements.
• Conduct progress monitoring, risk assessment, and mitigation planning.
• Liaising with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth project delivery.
• Lead and mentor the site project team, driving performance and accountability.
• Prepare and present regular project reports and updates to senior management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and departments to secure necessary approvals for statutory and regulatory compliance

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering
• 10 to 15 years of experience in BESS, Solar, Substation, or large-scale EPC projects

Core Skills:

• Strong project leadership, execution, and coordination capabilities
• Expertise in BESS systems, renewable energy project execution, and EPC project delivery
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, SLDs, and BOQs
• Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent)
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills
