Job summary

Platinus Technologies in Bengaluru seeks a Manager Civil (Project) to lead end-to-end civil execution on a large-scale greenfield industrial/infrastructure project. You will oversee contractors, manpower, schedules and budgets while coordinating with consultants, PMC, MEP and design teams to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires 7-8 years of civil/structural experience, IS code knowledge, and strong leadership with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering; M.Tech preferred.
• 7-8 years of experience in civil/infra projects.
• Experience in large-scale greenfield industrial/infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end civil execution from excavation to handover.
• Manage contractors, manpower, schedules, budgets, procurement and site coordination.
• Review drawings and manage RFIs & deviations.
• Handle BOQ, estimation, rate analysis, RA bill certification, reconciliation and project documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, PMC, MEP and design teams.
• Ensure quality, EHS and statutory compliance.
• Monitor subcontractor productivity, progress and costs.

Title: Manager Civil (Project)

• Experience: 7-8 years
• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech preferred)
• Reporting: AGM Projects | Position: L3
• Project: Large-scale Greenfield Industrial/Infrastructure Project

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end civil execution from excavation to project handover.
• Manage contractors, manpower, schedules, budgets, procurement and site coordination.
• Review structural/architectural drawings and manage RFIs & deviations.
• Handle BOQ, estimation, rate analysis, RA bill certification, reconciliation and project documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, PMC, MEP and design teams.
• Ensure quality, EHS and statutory compliance.
• Monitor subcontractor productivity, progress and project costs.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of civil/structural works, foundations and IS Codes.
• Experience in AutoCAD, SAP, MS Project and civil budgeting.
• Contract management and rate finalization experience.
• Greenfield industrial/chemical/utility project experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
