Job summary

Navsoft is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations. You will plan, monitor, and deliver projects on time and within budget, coordinating with clients, consultants, and developers. The role requires 5–7 years in project management, with at least 3 years in Dynamics 365 BC.

You will define scope, manage risks, and ensure QA and documentation standards are followed. PMP/PRINCE2 is a plus, and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in project management with a minimum of 3+ years in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end Business Central implementations.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP ecosystem.
• Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

Act as the primary point of contact for client communications and relationship management. Prepare project status reports and communicate regularly with stakeholders and senior management.
