Job summary

Navsoft is an enterprise technology and AI solutions company seeking a capable ERP functional consultant with strong Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central experience. The role focuses on translating business needs into robust technical solutions across finance and supply chain domains.

You will gather requirements, define architecture, oversee configurations and integrations, and drive testing and documentation.

Qualifications

• Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV (NAV09, NAV15-18).
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central; strong domain in Finance and Supply Chain Management.
• Hands-on experience with MS 365 / Navision 365 and third-party integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders across departments.
• Define solution architecture and functional specifications aligned to business goals.
• Manage customizations, configurations, and third-party integrations as per business needs.
• Conduct functional testing, UAT, and post-go-live support activities.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including process flows, SOPs, and training materials.
• Act as a key point of contact between technical teams and business users.
• Work closely with developers to translate functional needs into technical requirements.
