Responsibilities

· Lead and deliver MicrosoftDynamics 365 Business Central implementation and optimization engagements forclients across a variety of industries.

· Serve as a trusted advisor,helping clients improve business processes, operational efficiency, reportingcapabilities, and financial performance through technology.

· Lead discovery sessions,workshops, and requirements gathering activities to understand client businessobjectives and challenges.

· Design and oversee BusinessCentral solutions that align with client requirements and industry bestpractices.

· Configure and support BusinessCentral applications and related Microsoft technologies.

· Lead solution design activitiesacross key business functions, including:

· Lead testing, user acceptancetesting, training, change management, and go-live activities.

· Deliver consulting servicesrelated to business transformation, process optimization, operationalimprovement, and organizational effectiveness.

· Manage project plans, timelines,budgets, resources, risks, and client expectations to ensure successful projectdelivery.

· Build strong client relationshipsand identify opportunities to provide additional value and services.

· Gather, analyze, and interpretinformation through stakeholder interviews, workshops, surveys, and businessprocess reviews.

· Prepare and presentrecommendations, solution designs, business cases, project updates, andexecutive presentations.
