Job summary

Capco, a Wipro company, is recruiting a Project Manager in the Banking Domain to lead end-to-end delivery for wealth/investment programs. The role is based in Pune with a UK shift from 12:30 to 21:30 IST, offering exposure to large international banks and a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of PM experience in wealth/investment, strong stakeholder management, and proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives in an Agile setting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of PM experience in the Wealth & Investment domain.
• Strong understanding of wealth/investment products.
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional projects.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Certifications such as PM P, Prince2, SAFe, or Agile Scrum Master are a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery in the Wealth & Investment domain.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies and quality.
• Identify, assess and mitigate delivery risks and issues.
• Engage and manage stakeholders across business, technology and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end project delivery within the Wealth & Investment services domain.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and quality standards.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks and issues proactively.
• Engage and manage stakeholders across business, technology, and product teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.
• Provide regular status updates, governance reporting, and executive-level communication.
• Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks, compliance, and regulatory standards relevant to wealth/investment domain.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and stakeholder collaboration.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of Project Management experience as a Delivery Manager / Project Manager in the Wealth & Investment domain.
• Strong understanding of wealth / investment products
• Demonstrated track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects successfully.
• Strong risk management and mitigation capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple product teams.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Professional certifications such as PM P, Prince2, SAFe, or Agile Scrum Master are an added advantage.
