Job summary

Capco is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead end-to-end Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) initiatives for banking and financial services clients from Bengaluru. You will drive business and technology change, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable solutions with agile delivery teams.

You will collaborate with risk, compliance, vendor, and technology partners, manage backlogs, and report progress to senior stakeholders while ensuring BAU readiness after deployments.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in end-to-end project delivery.
  • Hands-on experience in Third Party Risk Management (TPRM).
  • Experience in Banking & Financial Services, preferably across Retail and/or Corporate Banking.
  • Experience managing business and technology change with successful BAU transition.
  • Strong knowledge of Payments (Domestic and/or International).
  • Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and defining solution options.
  • Hands-on experience writing User Stories.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
  • Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of TPRM projects, ensuring timely execution within scope, budget, and quality standards.
  • Manage business and technology change initiatives, ensuring seamless transition to BAU and successful adoption by internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business, technology, risk, compliance, and vendor teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into functional solutions, define design options, and support delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Create and manage user stories, maintain product backlogs, and work closely with Agile teams during sprint planning and execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project dependencies, risks, issues, and governance activities.
  • Drive stakeholder communication, status reporting, and executive-level updates throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support the implementation of Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) frameworks, governance, and vendor risk initiatives.
  • Contribute to payments transformation initiatives involving Domestic and International Payments.
  • Work with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence for project planning, requirement management, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on API-related initiatives; experience in API analysis is an added advantage.
