Job summary

Capco in Bengaluru seeks an experienced data professional to work with Domain Managers and global teams, gathering requirements and building a robust data backlog. You will perform deep dives into data elements to establish quality source-to-target mappings and ensure strong collaboration with tech, project management, and delivery leads.

Qualifications

• Understanding of data domain and full data life cycle.
• In-depth knowledge of banking products, customer and product metrics.
• Experience in requirements gathering, data analysis, data quality monitoring and data lineage.
• Strong collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams.
• Clear presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Closely work with Domain Managers and business requesters to understand the requirement.
• Collaborate with global teams and market D&A teams to gather the requirements and create a backlog.
• Deep dive at the data element level to create the quality source to target mapping.
• Take accountability on the output validation and the UAT support.
• Strong collaboration with Tech team, Project Manager and delivery lead.
