Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Lead Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end product development lifecycle.
• Experience collaborating with UX/Experience Design teams.
• Hands-on experience with Agile (SAFe framework preferred).
• Banking domain experience 2–3 years preferred (Commercial/Business/SME Banking).
• Knowledge of KYC, AML, Customer Onboarding, or Trade Finance.
• Exposure to Product Launch, Go-to-Market (GTM), and Product Adoption.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Role Description

• Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Lead Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
• Experience collaborating closely with UX/Experience Design teams.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile (SAFe framework preferred).

  • PI Planning sessions
  • Banking domain experience of 2–3 yearsis preferred, ideally in:
    • Commercial Banking
    • Business Banking
    • SME Banking
  • Domain knowledge in KYC, AML, Customer Onboarding, or Trade Financeis an added advantage.
  • Exposure to Product Launch, Go-to-Market (GTM), and Product Adoptionis good to have.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
