LTTS India is seeking a Project Manager to lead Automotive Hardware and Battery Management System (BMS) initiatives. You will oversee scope, schedule, cost, and quality while coordinating across Hardware, System, Software, Mechanical, Validation, Manufacturing and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 8+ years of proven project leadership in automotive electronics and a solid understanding of the HW development lifecycle, with strong stakeholder communication and

Qualifications

• Strong automotive electronics project-management experience.
• Understanding of the HW product development lifecycle.
• Experience in estimation, planning, resource management, risk management and delivery tracking.
• Strong customer/stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Technical understanding of BMS / automotive electronics / HW development is preferred.

Responsabilités

Experience: Preferably 8+ years overall with proven project leadership experience

Domain: Automotive ECU / BMS / Electronics Hardware Development
