LTTS India is seeking a seasoned Hardware Architect specializing in Automotive Electronics and Battery Management Systems. You will own hardware architecture for BMS and power-electronics, translating system requirements into concrete HW concepts and interfaces.

You will lead feasibility studies, circuit design, simulations and design reviews, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support lifecycle from PoC to series release.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of analog, digital and power electronics.
• Experience with LTspice and OrCAD and lab equipment.

Responsabilités

• Define and own hardware architecture for BMS, analog and power Electronics products.
• Translate system requirements into HW concepts, interfaces and specs.
• Lead feasibility studies, circuit design, simulations, component selection and design reviews.
• Support LV/HV BMS hardware design and integration activities.
• Drive technical decisions, debugging, failure analysis and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with System, Software, Mechanical, Validation, Manufacturing and suppliers.
• Support full lifecycle from concept/PoC to series release and maintenance.

Experience: 8+ years

Domain: Automotive Electronics, Battery Management System, Analog & Power Electronics

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own hardware architecture for BMS, analog and power-electronics products.
• Translate system/stakeholder requirements into HW concepts, interfaces and technical requirements.
• Lead feasibility studies, circuit design, simulations, component selection, design reviews and verification.
• Support LV/HV BMS hardware design and integration activities.
• Drive technical decisions, debugging, failure analysis and design issue resolution.
• Coordinate with System, Software, Mechanical, Validation, Manufacturing and supplier teams.
• Support complete lifecycle from concept/PoC through series release and maintenance.

Required Skills

• Strong Analog, Digital and Power Electronics design knowledge.
• Automotive HW architecture and BMS experience preferred.
• Experience with tools such as LTspice / OrCAD and laboratory equipment.
• Knowledge of EMI/EMC and ISO 26262 is advantageous.
• Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical, Electronics or equivalent engineering discipline.
