Job summary

LTM in Chennai is seeking an experienced Project Manager with 3–5 years leading ADM projects. The role requires handling end-to-end delivery of fixed-price projects, overseeing SDLC, and managing project costs and delivery models.

You will drive risk mitigation, quality metrics, and delivery across multiple applications with a 25-person team, while applying Agile SCRUM practices and pursuing PMP or Prince2 certification.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience.
• End-to-end delivery of fixed-price projects.
• Experience with SDLC and multi-application projects.
• Experience in project costing and delivery models.
• Strong in scope, schedule, cost and change management.
• Delivery with a team of about 25 across multiple applications.
• Banking domain/treasury experience is a plus.
• Prince2 or PMP certified preferred.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies, SCRUM.

Responsibilities

• Ensure end to end delivery of a project spanning multiple applications with a 25-person team.
• Monitor and control project using the relevant metrics.
• Identify risks and ensure they are mitigated and resolved on time.
• Deliver projects within agreed quality metrics.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications and governance.

Minimum 14 Years of IT Experience with ABOUT 3-5 Yrs of Experience as a Project in ADM projects

As a Project Manager Must have

3- 5 Years of Project management experience

Should have managed end to end implementation of Fixed Price Project

Experience on Software Development life cycle

Exposure to All the project costing and delivery models

Ensures end to end delivery of a project which span across multiple applications with a team size of 25

Good Experience in development life cycle and Scope Schedule Cost and Change Management

Determines overall project risks Dependency and ensure they are mitigated and resolved on timely manner

Ensure the Project is delivered within the agreed quality metrics

Should have good experience in monitoring and control of the project using the corresponding metrics

Experienced in Banking Domain Treasury Financial Crime

Prince PMP certified Professional

Familiar with Agile methodology, SCRUM
