Qualifications

• Experience in executing managed services engagements.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and handling incidents, service requests, problem management, change management and development work.
• Experience in managing L3 Support teams and collaborating with L2/L4 teams.
• Knowledge of ITIL v3 or v4.
• Experience in streamlining ITIL concepts within teams.
• Ability to collaborate, engage, monitor and track progress of remote teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in weekly and monthly status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Execute managed services engagements and ensure delivery quality.
• Apply ITIL concepts to incidents, service requests, problems, changes, and development work.
• Lead L3 support and coordinate with L2/L4 teams for incident resolution.
• Maintain and apply ITIL v3/v4 practices across projects.
• Streamline ITIL processes within teams for efficiency.
• Collaborate with dispersed teams, monitor progress, and report updates.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Provide regular weekly and monthly status reports to leadership.
