Job summary

Kaapro Management Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager for HVAC project delivery in Gujarat. The role involves planning, scheduling, budgeting, and technical oversight across chillers, VRF/VRV units and air handling systems.

You will lead site teams, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with owners, GC’s, and architects to resolve conflicts and keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent field experience).
• Minimum of 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in commercial or industrial HVAC Project Delivery.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC design, chilled water systems,
• Proficiency in scheduling software and cost-tracking tools.
• PMP or CAPM certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones using Project Management Tools.
• Coordinate material procurement, equipment delivery, and manpower allocation.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, approve change orders, and handle financial forecasting.
• Optimize resource use to maximize profitability.
• Review mechanical drawings, blueprints, specifications, and submittals.
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning (T&C) activities for systems like chillers, VRF/VRV units, and air handlers.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise site engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Enforce job-site safety rules and OSHA/local regulatory compliance.
• Maintain clear communication with owners, general contractors, and architects.
• Resolve site conflicts and address client concerns promptly.
