Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of HVAC projects from initiation to handover.
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning and startup of chillers and HVAC systems.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams.
• Develop plans, schedules, manpower plans and budgets.
• Monitor progress, quality, safety and contractual compliance.
• Conduct site meetings and provide status updates to management and customers.
• Manage risks and resolve technical/execution challenges proactively.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
• Support billing, cost control, variation management and collections.
• Maintain compliance with EHS and quality standards.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead the execution and delivery of HVAC projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in chiller installation, testing, commissioning, and project execution, with the ability to manage project schedules, resources, stakeholders, and site teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of HVAC projects from project initiation to handover.

  • Pumps and Associated Equipment

• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with contractual requirements.
• Conduct site meetings and provide project status updates to management and customers.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Project Management certification (PMP/PRINCE2) is an added advantage.

Experience Required

• 8-15+ years of experience in HVAC project execution and project management.
• Strong hands‑on experience in chiller installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Proven experience managing large commercial, industrial, healthcare, data center, or infrastructure HVAC projects.
• Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
