Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, schedules, budgets and resources for HVAC installations, upgrades and maintenance.
• Lead project teams including engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and vendors with clear communication and delegation.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement mitigation to keep projects on track.
• Manage budgets, expenses, change orders and cost control to meet financial targets.
• Act as primary client contact, provide updates and address concerns for client satisfaction.
• Oversee procurement of materials, equipment and services ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, ASHRAE, OSHA and company policies.
• Conduct site visits to monitor quality, progress and safety.
• Prepare detailed project reports, progress updates, and financial summaries for stakeholders.
• Facilitate close-out procedures including inspections, commissioning and handover.
• Foster a collaborative environment and promote teamwork and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are met, including change order management and cost control.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure all project activities comply with relevant building codes, industry standards ASHRAE, safety regulations OSHA, and company policies.
