Key Result Areas

Designation : Manager

Strategic Project Management

Lead end-to-end project execution including requirement gathering, business case development, change requests, FSD sign-offs, UAT coordination, stakeholder approvals, and implementation.

Business Transformation & Process Improvement

Identify process improvement opportunities and drive transformation initiatives aimed at improving persistency, customer experience, operational effectiveness, and business outcomes.

Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution

Plan and execute GTM activities for new initiatives, including stakeholder communication, training programs, webinars, rollout plans, and adoption tracking.

Customer Experience & NPS Enhancement

Drive initiatives focused on improving renewal customer experience, NPS, and retention outcomes through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Competition Benchmarking & Strategic Insights

Conduct market intelligence, competitor analyses, and strategic assessments to identify opportunities and recommend actions for business improvement.
