The role requires strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage complex projects and diverse stakeholders.

The successful candidate will define scope, develop plans, monitor progress, manage budgets, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance across projects.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget forecasts.
• Lead and motivate project teams, assigning tasks, tracking progress, and providing guidance and support.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues proactively.
• Manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring financial objectives are met.
• Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and vendors.
• Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet high standards.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and implement best practices for future projects.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
