Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 810 years of experience in residential real estate construction.
• Must have completed at least one residential project from excavation to handover.
• Strong exposure to structural as well as finishing activities.
• Excellent communication and team coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily execution activities at site.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor daily progress and resolve execution-related issues.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Supervise execution by multiple contractors across civil and finishing activities.
• Verify measurement sheets and undertake joint measurements for contractor billing.
• Review contractor bills for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports (MIS).
• Coordinate with QAQC team for inspections and quality approvals.

Location- Pune

Key Purpose of the Role -

To assist the Project In-Charge in planning, executing, monitoring, and completing residential construction projects within the approved quality, cost, and timeline parameters. Responsible for supervising day-to-day site execution, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to design specifications, and maintaining project progress reports.

Key Responsibilities-

Project Execution

• Supervise and coordinate daily execution activities at site.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor daily progress and resolve execution-related issues.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Ensure timely completion of project milestones.

Operational Responsibilities

• Supervise execution by multiple contractors across civil and finishing activities.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, QA/QC standards, and EHS guidelines.
• Guide contractors on construction methodology, sequencing, and execution planning.
• Interpret construction drawings and provide technical clarifications.
• Plan material requirements and raise requisitions for cement, steel, and other construction materials.
• Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
• Verify measurement sheets and undertake joint measurements for contractor billing.
• Review contractor bills for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports (MIS).
• Coordinate with QAQC team for inspections and quality approvals.

Quality & Safety

• Ensure compliance with approved QA/QC procedures.
• Monitor testing of materials and ensure adherence to design mix specifications.
• Enforce site safety practices and statutory requirements.
• Address quality observations and ensure timely corrective actions.
