Job summary

Dynamic Talent Acquistion Pune is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and coordination of multi-site construction projects in Pune district.

The role requires 10–20 years in project management, strong leadership, cost control, risk management, and proficiency with PM tools. You will oversee site teams at Lohegaon, Akurdi, Wakdewadi, Kharadi, Mundhwa and Bhugaon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage project timelines, budgets, and scope while ensuring adherence to company standards.
• Site Supervision: Coordinate with teams at Lohegaon, Akurdi, Wakdewadi, Kharadi, Mundhwa and Bhugaon to ensure smooth project execution.
• Vendor & Contractor Management: Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure that all projects meet regulatory standards, safety guidelines, and quality benchmarks.
• Resource Allocation: Manage labor, materials, and financial resources to optimize project efficiency.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to avoid project delays or budget overruns.

Reporting & Coordination

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 10 to 20 years in project management within the construction or real estate sector.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and construction software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
