Job summary

Anand Rathi Share and Stock Brokers Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and drive technology and business initiatives. You will work with Technology, Business, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Procurement and external vendors to ensure delivery within scope, time, quality, and requirements.

The role requires leading project teams, developing plans, tracking milestones and providing management updates, while identifying process improvements and maintaining governance

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects from initiation through implementation and closure.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables and tracking mechanisms.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure timely completion of project activities.
• Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies and action items and proactively highlight deviations.
• Conduct regular project reviews and maintain project health/status.
• Prepare project dashboards, MIS, presentations and management updates.
• Understand business requirements and coordinate with technology teams to translate them into actionable requirements.
• Support current-state / future-state assessments and identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Identify opportunities for process simplification, digitization, automation and productivity improvement.
• Coordinate with vendors for deliverables, timelines, implementation and issue resolution.
• Support evaluation of solutions based on cost, feasibility, scalability, risk and business impact.
• Ensure appropriate project documentation, approvals, governance and compliance requirements are maintained.
• Support implementation, stabilization and post-implementation benefits tracking

Job description

Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating and driving execution of technology and business initiatives undertaken by the Project Management Team under the Vice Chairman's Office.

The role will work closely with Technology, Business, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Procurement and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, quality and requirements.

Preferred candidate Profile

• 6+ years of experience in project management, business transformation or related roles.
• Experience working with business teams, technology teams and external vendors.
• Experience in Financial Services / BFSI / Fintech / Broking / Wealth Management preferred.
• Bachelors degree in finance / IT or related field. MBA preferred.
