Job summary

AnandRathi is seeking a capable Project Manager in Mumbai to plan, coordinate, and drive technology and business initiatives under the Vice Chairman's Office. You will closely collaborate with Technology, Business, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Procurement and external vendors to ensure delivery within scope, timeline and quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects from initiation through implementation and closure.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables and tracking mechanisms.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure timely completion of project activities.
• Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies and action items and proactively highlight deviations.
• Conduct regular project reviews and maintain project health/status.
• Prepare project dashboards, MIS, presentations and management updates.
• Understand business requirements and coordinate with technology teams to translate them into actionable requirements.
• Support current-state / future-state assessments and identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Identify opportunities for process simplification, digitization, automation and productivity improvement.
• Coordinate with vendors for deliverables, timelines, implementation and issue resolution.
• Support evaluation of solutions based on cost, feasibility, scalability, risk and business impact.
• Ensure appropriate project documentation, approvals, governance and compliance requirements are maintained.
• Support implementation, stabilization and post-implementation benefits tracking

Preferred candidate profile

• 6+ years of experience in project management, business transformation or related roles.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects end-to-end.
• Experience working with business teams, technology teams and external vendors.
• Experience in Financial Services / BFSI / Fintech / Broking / Wealth Management preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification / PMP / PRINCE2 preferred
• Bachelors degree in finance / IT or related field. MBA preferred.
