As a Project Manager at HN Safal, you will lead the execution of real estate construction projects in South Bombay, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate between site teams, architects, consultants, and clients while driving safety, quality, and design compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

About the Role

• Lead and manage the execution of construction works to ensure projects are completed within defined timelines and budget.
• Prepare and monitor detailed construction schedules, ensuring that work is executed according to approved drawings, dimensions, and levels.
• Ensure quality of construction, adherence to approved drawings/specifications, and compliance with safety standards.
• Prepare Quality Inspection Reports, obtain approvals from client representatives and senior management, and track follow-ups.
• Oversee procurement and ensure timely availability of materials and resources required for uninterrupted project progress.
• Coordinate between various on-site teams, vendors, architects, and consultants to ensure smooth execution and problem-solving.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC and EHS audits, monitoring site practices and corrective actions.
• Maintain and update drawing registers, ensuring proper design coordination across all project phases.
• Reconcile material consumption and billing, ensuring accurate reporting and financial tracking.

About You

• Minimum Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech. in Civil or related fields.
• Minimum Experience: 10+ years in project management within real estate or construction.
• Software Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
