Define project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
Develop detailed project plans and track progress against milestones.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business objectives.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across business and IT.
Manage third-party vendors and SLAs; oversee governance and reports.
Monitor KPIs and delivery metrics; report status to executives.

Project Management

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, vendors, and development teams.
Facilitate project governance meetings and executive status reporting.
Manage stakeholder expectations and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Banking & Financial Domain Delivery

Deliver technology solutions across:
Core Banking
Retail & Corporate Banking

Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security policies, and audit requirements.

Risk & Compliance Management

Coordinate internal and external audits related to project deliverables.
