Job summary

Nahar Group is seeking an experienced Site Execution Lead for a full-time role at our Chandivali, Andheri (East) project in Mumbai. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of post-qualification experience in residential real estate construction and a Civil Engineering degree.

You will lead on-site activities, manage contractors and manpower, ensure safety, and monitor progress, budgets, and quality to meet project timelines. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years post-qualification experience in residential real estate construction.
• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering is preferred.
• Strong leadership and on-site coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple contractors and trades effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead site execution and monitoring of construction activities at the project site, ensuring adherence to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
