Job summary

Aditya Birla Capital in India seeks a Vendor Governance & Cost Optimization Manager to drive operational efficiency across RCMB & SME Credit. You will oversee vendor performance, cost control, and resource planning to support branch Manning and productivity.

Key duties include monitoring SLAs and KPIs, managing onboarding/renewals, cost analysis, MIS reporting, and coordinating with Credit, Finance, Procurement and Operations to deliver cost reductions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review vendor performance against defined SLAs, KPIs, and business expectations.
• Manage centralized vendor operations including onboarding, contract renewals, invoice processing, and governance.
• Track, analyze, and optimize overall operating costs across RCMB & SME Credit teams.
• Drive branch manpower planning and ensure optimum staffing across locations.
• Monitor and improve disbursal cost per Credit Manager through productivity enhancement and process optimization.
• Prepare MIS, dashboards, and periodic reviews for management on vendor performance, costs, and resource utilization.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Credit, Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams for smooth execution of projects.
