Job summary

Skillventory is seeking a dedicated credit risk specialist to join our Pune-based team. You will underwrite SME working capital proposals, including cash credit, overdraft, bank guarantee and letter of credit facilities, and assess financial health, cash flows, banking behavior, and industry risks.

Site visits and management discussions help validate operations. Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Legal and Valuation teams to ensure smooth processing, adhere to credit policy, complete PDDs, and

• Underwriting & Deal Structuring: Evaluate and sanction SME working capital proposals, including CC, OD, BG & LC.
• Financial & Risk Analysis: Analyze financials, cash flows, banking behavior, business models, promoters & industry risks.
• Client Assessment: Conduct site visits and management discussions to validate business operations.
• Portfolio Management: Monitor portfolio quality, early warning signals, NPAs and bounce rates.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Legal and Valuation teams for smooth processing.
• Policy & Compliance: Ensure credit policy adherence, PDD completion and closure of audit queries.
