Job summary

ExcelR Edtech Pvt Ltd in Jaipur invites an experienced Project Manager to oversee a large, multi-location rollout from PMU base. You will plan, execute and close programs, coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors while meeting time, budget and quality targets.

You will manage complex stakeholder relationships, escalate issues promptly and drive risk mitigation across circles. Fluency in English and Hindi is essential for external interfaces and internal leadership.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years overall experience in delivery programs.
• 6+ years managing multi-site delivery programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• MBA/PGDM in operations or project management (preferred).
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated project plan, milestones, budget and delivery schedule.
• Assign clear tasks, owners and deadlines, and track progress.
• Lead multi-disciplinary team and external vendors.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships, reviews and escalations.
• Identify risks, issues and change requests proactively.
• Report progress through status reports and dashboards, and ensure closure and sign-off.

Project Manager Training Rollout & PMU Operations

Location:

Jaipur, Rajasthan (PMU base), with regular travel to circle locations

Experience:

8–12 years overall, with 6+ years managing multi-site delivery programs

Employment type:

Full-time contractual for one year

Role Summary:

The Project Manager will plan, execute and close a large multi-location program, leading a cross-functional team to deliver on time, within budget and to the agreed quality and service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the integrated project plan, milestones, budget and delivery schedule.
• Assign clear tasks, owners and deadlines, and track completion through regular follow-up.
• Lead, motivate and hold accountable a multi-disciplinary team and external vendors.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships, reviews and escalations.
• Identify and resolve risks, issues and change requests proactively.
• Report progress through status reports and dashboards, and ensure formal closure and sign-off.

Educational Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• MBA/PGDM in operations or project management (preferred).
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification (preferred).
• Training or capacity-building programs, IT or platform rollouts,service-desk operations, andfamiliarity with the power distribution sector.
• Power Sector field experience(Prefered)
