Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor skill development projects.
• Lead Centre Managers and Head Office teams.
• Ensure compliance with government guidelines and SOPs.
• Monitor training quality, attendance, assessments, and placements.
• Prepare project reports, MIS, and performance dashboards.
• Coordinate with government departments, funding agencies, and industry partners.
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular centre visits and quality audits.
• Ensure timely achievement of project targets.

About the Role

CSC E Sewa Society is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Skill Development to lead and manage government-funded skill development projects, including DDU-GKY, PSDM, PMKVY, NSDC, and CSR initiatives. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, implementation, compliance, quality assurance, budgets, and team performance across multiple training centres.

Key Responsibilities
