Responsibilities

• Manage sample-only, ad-hoc and tracking projects end-to-end.
• Set up and coordinate new and ongoing projects across teams.
• Articulate client expectations and delivery timelines with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with sample fulfillment, bid consulting and sales teams.
• Collaborate with external vendors and publishers to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans; manage budgets and invoicing.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure objectives are met.

A Project Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of a project. The Project Manager is accountable for successful project execution and will collaborate with members of several operational teams, and account management to ensure that project objectives are understood by the team and are successfully delivered. Successful project management requires that PMs develop strong working relationships with internal and external clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage sample only, ad-hoc and tracking projects
• Set up and coordinate new and on-going projects
• Set client expectations, project delivery timelines
• Ensure clear communication and outline of project requirements and timelines with other teams that are related to complete and successfully deliver project
• Project coordination with other departments (e.g. sample fulfillment , bid consulting, sales team)
• Project coordination with external partners - vendors and publishers
• Ensure timely delivery by all groups involved in all project phases
• Cost confirmation and Invoicing
• Proactively identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plans
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and meet the client’s requirements
• Perform all other duties necessary for successful project completion
• Ensure that client needs and project objectives are consistently met
• Perform Customer Relationship Management and Team Work
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned sales teams
• Learning/participating in training on new tasks related to preparation of a leadership role

Qualifications/Requirements

• Graduate - Any stream
• Detail oriented with excellent communication skills; Strong computer proficiency; Possesses strong understanding of market research; Strong problem-solving/trouble-shooting and negotiation skills
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Must be open to work in night shift.
