Job summary

Dynata in Gurugram, Haryana, India, is seeking an Accounts Payable professional with 2+ years of relevant experience. The role involves processing payables, PO/invoice matching, and bank payments, while maintaining accurate vendor and banking data.

You will support month-end close and ensure GST/TDS compliance, while addressing discrepancies with vendors and internal teams. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to a global data insights leader and grow within a collaborative finance

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or related finance role.
• Experience with PO/invoicing matching and invoice entry into financial system.
• Knowledge of GST/TDS compliance and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process Accounts Payable including PO/invoicing matching and invoice entry into the financial system.
• Payment upload in bank and ensure timely settlement.
• Maintain vendor, customer and banking information.
• Communicate with vendors and internal purchasers to resolve discrepancies.
• Process Employees' claims and reimbursements.
• Assist with Month End Closing activities.
• Ensure understanding and compliance with GST/TDS regulations.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
