Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in residential interior fit-outs or full-house interior projects.
• Strong understanding of modular furniture, civil works, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, and finishing works.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, and project reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of residential interior projects.
• Prepare project schedules and ensure timely completion.
• Monitor site progress and resolve execution-related issues.
• Coordinate with designers, vendors, supervisors, and installation teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during execution.
• Conduct regular site meetings and provide project updates.
• Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with procurement and vendors for timely material delivery.
• Track material consumption and prevent wastage.
• Ensure availability of materials as per project timelines.
• Ensure all work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct quality inspections at various stages of execution.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards at project sites.
• Monitor project costs and report budget deviations.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Maintain project documentation, measurement records, and closure reports.
