Job description

o Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of high-end

interior fit-out projects.

o Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure

milestones are met.

o Oversee all project phases including design coordination,

procurement, construction, and handover.

Budget & Cost Management

o Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost control.

o Evaluate and approve variations, claims, and cost-saving initiatives.

o Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors for competitive pricing and quality.

Team & Stakeholder Management

o Supervise internal teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth execution.

o Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects & designers

o Conduct regular site and coordination meetings and issue progress reports.

Quality & Safety Assurance

o Ensure quality control procedures are implemented and maintained.

o Monitor health & safety compliance on-site in accordance with regulations.

o Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues effectively.

Documentation & Reporting

o Prepare and present regular progress updates to senior management and clients.

Requirements
