Job summary

Vistex in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager - Solution Delivery to lead cross-functional SAP SD/MM/FI implementations and presales activities on client sites. You will act as a trusted advisor, align business processes with Vistex solutions, and drive end-to-end delivery from blueprint to go-live.

The role requires exceptional communication, 10 years of SAP functional consulting experience, strong design and implementation knowledge, and ability to manage large projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree requirement in a related field.

• Experience in Presales SAP activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or multiple SAP projects with Vendor and customers.
• Conduct Business Blueprint workshops, design end-to-end solutions, Realization, cutover, Go Live and Postproduction support.
• Act as a trusted advisor to Clients and build relationships with C-level executives.
• Understand client business processes and map them to Vistex solutions.
• Lead solution delivery best practices and address industry issues.
• Document approaches for solutions and industry problems; drive process improvements and presentations.

The SAP Project Manager is a hands-on leader that is responsible for the design and architecture of core VISTEX solutions and integrating with SAP cross functional modules.

Responsibilities:

• Lead one or multiple projects at one go
• Lead Medium and Large project while working with Vendor and customers
• Independently take up and lead Business Blueprint workshops, Design End to End solution, Realization, cut over, Go Live and Postproduction support
• Act as a trusted advisor to Clients.
• Build client relationships with C Level executives and stakeholders.
• Understand client’s business and business processes and act as Vistex advisor to address the existing gaps by providing best Vistex solutions.
• Understand and work with different teams to provide solution roadmap to clients
• Should possess natural analytical way of thinking and troubleshooting issues.
• Lead Solution Delivery Best Practices and Industry Best Practices
• Lead project escalations and take initiative to document approaches for Solutions and Industry issues
• Lead process simplification discussions and client presentations on Process Improvements
• Fundamental working knowledge of ABAP - covering Data Dictionary objects, Debugging and basic exposure to Exits will be an added advantage.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Assist in finalizing proposals, project planning and estimating
• Assist in pre-sales activities for implementation services

Qualifications

Required

Bachelors or better in Computer Engineering or related field.

Experience

10 years:

SAP Functional Consulting experience in either SAP SD/MM/FI modules and Presales SAP experience

The candidate must have strong design and implementation knowledge of either SAP SD or MM mainly covering Pricing, OTC process / Purchasing process, Master data, Enterprise elements and SD / MM - Finance integration

Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills

Experience in multiple full lifecycle software implementations

Preferred

Ability to adapt to changing schedules and multiple work plans.

Ability to link business processes with products/solutions

Experience working with Big 4 or other large consulting firms is preferred
