Job summary

Vistex is a global enterprise software and services company helping businesses implement Go-to-Market Suite (GTMS) modules. Lead Functional Consultant will design, configure, develop and implement GTMS, gather requirements, and ensure successful delivery with strong stakeholder communication and travel to client sites.

The role requires 5–10 years of SAP SD functional experience, customer-facing skills, and the ability to create design documents and functional specs.

Qualifications

• Gather client business requirements and prepare detailed design documents with a clear understanding of customer needs.

• Design, configure, develop, and implement Vistex GTMS modules.
• Prepare functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, workflows, and forms.

Responsibilities

• Gather client business requirements and prepare detailed design documents with a clear understanding of customer needs.

• Design, configure, develop, and implement Vistex GTMS modules.

• Provide remote consulting support and coordinate effectively with on-site teams.
• Perform QA reviews, project scope validation, and evaluate design processes.
• Develop strong expertise in Vistex GTMS functionality and configure solutions as per approved designs.
• Possess end-to-end business process knowledge across GTMS modules such as Rebates, Incentives, Chargebacks, Billbacks, and Rights & Royalties.
• Create and execute functional unit testing and system integration test scripts.
• Adhere to solution delivery best practices and ensure high-quality project delivery.
• Support and train business users, including UAT coordination and assistance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues promptly.
• Collaborate with technical teams on development tasks and issue resolution.
• Coordinate deliverables with Associate Functional Consultants and guide them during build activities.
• Take ownership of the complete build lifecycle, including timelines and status reporting.
• Contribute to system migration activities and cross-functional collaboration.
• Train and mentor junior functional consultants.
• Be flexible to travel to client locations as required.
• Contribute to white papers, process improvements, and presentations.
• Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools.

The Lead Functional Consultant (GTMS)will provide consulting for implementation of Vistex’s cloud offering Go-to-Market Suite®. The individual will be responsible for Design, Configure, Develop and Implement Vistex GTMS Modules. The individual will also have ability to get requirements from customers and should maintain effective communication. The responsibilities include Design, Configure, Develop, and Implement Vistex GTMS modules, Testing and conduct UAT and KT to customers. Must be willing and commit to learning the Vistex product and deliver as per Project Timelines.
