Job summary

Airtel is seeking a Program Manager to lead project management and service delivery for Enterprise network solutions (B2B). You will plan and schedule MPLS service implementations, ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, and actively engage customers to manage dependencies and end-to-end delivery per signed scope.

The role focuses on enhancing the service delivery experience for customers and contributing to revenue growth while coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful deployment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Network B2B projects (L1-L3) for monitoring and delivery.
• CCNA/CCNP certification with hands-on SD-WAN exposure.
• 3+ years of experience in Routing, Switching and SD-WAN.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills.
• Vendor management experience for Routing, Switching, Firewall, IPS.

Required Skills

• Experience of working in Network B2B Projects as Network management L1 / L2 / L3.


• Ability to work independently and as a team player.


• Strong problem determination and resolution skills.


• The resources should be equipped with deep trouble shooting experience.


• Minimum 3 yrs of exp in Routing, switching and SDWAN.


• Basic Configuration management experience.


• Experience in managing Routing, Switching, Firewall, IPS etc. vendor management.


• Active CCNA / CCNP certification with hands on SD-WAN experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.E / B.Tech./BCA/ BSC(IT)/MCA/MSC(IT) .
