Job summary

Quadrant IT Services Pvt Ltd. seeks an experienced Project/Program Manager to lead end-to-end IT migration and transformation projects from planning through go-live. You will coordinate with customers, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and successful hypercare.

The role emphasizes strong customer readiness, UAT, cutover, and issue resolution with senior stakeholders, driving project success across large-scale programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management or related roles.
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise migration or transformation programs.
• Strong customer and stakeholder management, including senior/executive stakeholders.
• Experience with API, EDI, middleware, or integration projects.
• Understanding of UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare processes.
