Job summary

Mindx360 is seeking an experienced Project Manager with 8+ years of technology project leadership to drive initiatives from initiation through delivery. You will own planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes.

The role requires PMP certification, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate across architects, developers, QA, analysts, and DevOps teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in technology projects.
• PMP certification is mandatory and preferred.
• Strong governance, risk and stakeholder management能力.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and delivery roadmaps.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, schedule, cost, quality, and customer expectations.
• Track project progress and take corrective actions when required.
• Manage dependencies across teams, projects, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to ensure Scrum adherence.
• Act as primary point of contact for customers on project delivery matters.
• Conduct status meetings, steering committee meetings, and executive reviews.
• Proactively identify customer concerns and drive them to resolution.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Project Manager with 8+ years of overall experience to lead and manage technology projects from initiation through successful delivery. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, governance, stakeholder management, risk management, and ensuring high-quality delivery within agreed scope, timelines, and budget.

* PMP certification is mandatory.

Project Planning & Delivery

* Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects from initiation to closure.

* Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.

* Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and delivery roadmaps.

* Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, schedule, cost, quality, and customer expectations.

* Track project progress and take corrective actions when required.

* Manage dependencies across teams, projects, vendors, and customer stakeholders.

* Managing and delivering the projects based on Java full stack, MuleSoft and Salesforce based skillset.

* Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams during all the phases (discovery, design, development, testing, business user testing, stake holders’ engagement

* Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews to ensure the team adheres to Scrum practices and principles

* Act as the primary point of contact for customers on project delivery matters.

* Conduct regular project status meetings, steering committee meetings, and executive reviews.

* Manage and handle the escalation process as needed

* Proactively identify customer concerns and drive them to resolution.

* Demonstrate a strong customer-first mindset, treating customer satisfaction as a key measure of project success.

* Lead and mentor cross-functional, enablement of project teams.

* Work closely with architects, developers, QA, business analysts, DevOps, and other technical teams.

* Define responsibilities and ensure effective utilization of project resources.

* Promote collaboration, accountability, and a high-performance culture.

Project Governance & Reporting

* Establish appropriate project governance, processes, and reporting mechanisms.

* Prepare and present project dashboards, status reports, KPIs, and management reports.

* Monitor project financials, resource utilization, margins, and profitability.

* Maintain project documentation in accordance with organizational standards.

* Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and organizational processes.

Risk, Issue & Change Management

* Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks.

* Maintain RAID logs and ensure timely mitigation of risks and issues.

* Manage project change requests, scope changes, and impact assessments.

* Escalate critical risks and issues to senior management and customers when appropriate.

* Ensure effective change control to prevent scope creep.

Process & Continuous Improvement

* Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and methodologies.

* Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, delivery efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

* Effective usage of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies based on project requirements.

Good to Have

* Experience in IT consulting / professional services / managed services.

* Experience working with global customers and distributed teams.

* Experience in presales, RFP/RFI responses, proposal development, and account management.

* Exposure to technologies such as Cloud, APIs, Integration, Data & AI, Salesforce, MuleSoft, Cybersecurity, or other enterprise technologies.

* PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or other relevant certifications.
