Job summary

Softtech Engineers in Gandhinagar, India, seeks a dedicated role to ensure glitch-free ODPS/OPDPS operations. The candidate will act as a nodal contact, coordinate with offsite service providers, and document IT requirements while ensuring adherence to state authority directives.

Required are strong communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi and English, and experience with government projects and large implementations. Infrastructure and digital governance exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience planning, executing, monitoring and delivering projects within scope, timeline and budget.
• Experience with government organizations and large-scale project implementations.
• Background in Infrastructure, Smart City, AEC, Digital Governance or Enterprise Software projects is a plus.
• Experience working with Government entities and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between IT requirements and offsite service providers.
• Coordinate documentation and prepare presentations for stakeholders.
• Able to communicate in Gujarati / Hindi / English and ensure smooth ODPS/OPDPS operations.
• Monitor system functioning and anticipate potential glitches to take preventive action.
• Act as the nodal point and single contact for on-site or off-site requirements and ensure compliance with state authority directives.

Job Requirement:

• Able to act as a link and communicate IT requirements / IT related issues to Service Providers offsite team
• Documentation & Presentation
• Able to communicate in Gujarati / Hindi / English Role is to provide continuous support in the glitch-free functioning of the entire ODPS Solution.
• He shall also continuously analyze the functioning of ODPS Solution to detect in advance any possible difficulties or glitches that may arise in the system and take preemptive measures.
• He shall function as a nodal person as well as he shall be the key person responsible for the smooth functioning of OPDPS Solution.
• He shall be the point of contact from Service Providers side for any kind of on-site or off-site requirements.
• He must comply with and abide to all the instructions given by the State Authority.
  

Must Have skills:

• Must be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring and successfully delivering projects with the scope and timeline and budget.
  
• Must have work with government organization and should have handles the large project implementation.
  
• Experience in Infrastructure, Smart City, AEC, Digital Governance, or Enterprise Software projects is an added advantage
