Job summary

Shri Vile Parle Kelavani Mandal seeks a Graduate Engineer or Diploma holder with 7+ years of IT hardware and network infra deployment experience for office IT rollout and ongoing projects. You will lead multi-site infrastructure, coordinate with consultants and SI partners, and ensure timely procurement, installation, and handover to operations.

The role demands hands-on design, BOQ validation for FAPA/IBMS, and strong documentation and vendor management to deliver compliant, scalable IT

Qualifications

• Graduate Engineer or Diploma holder with minimum 7 years in IT hardware and network infra deployments.
• Hands-on design and architecture experience with CCTV, fire alarm, fire fighting, PA, access control and IBMS.
• Experience in IT infrastructure provisioning for new office buildings and coordination with consultants/SI partners.
• Strong documentation, vendor management, and project rollout skills.

Responsibilities

• Overall project management of IT infrastructure and coordination for existing IT setup.
• Plan, design, schedule projects with consultants and SI partners; raise PRs.
• Coordinate with procurement for PO release and with vendors for delivery and inventory.
• Implement projects per IT design, align with architects and internal teams.
• Manage multi-project timelines, stakeholder communication, and audit-ready documentation.
• Document PR/PO, challans, installation tests, site certification and AMC/contract rates.
• Plan downtime and coordinate meetings with stakeholders; support tender/RFP activities.

Graduate Engineer/Diploma holder in any stream

Professional Experience:

Proven working experience of minimum 7 years for deployment of various IT Hardware and Network Infrastructure. (Please exclude software project managers)

Should be familiar with CCTV, Fire alarm system and Firefighting system, PA (Public address system), Access control and IBMS (Intelligent building management system), Hands on, design and architecture experience is highly desirable

Should have executed multiple projects particularly new office building IT / Network infrastructure provisioning and setup.

Description / Job Requirements:

• Overall Project management of IT infrastructure and Coordination for existing IT setup that will include (IT – Project Roll Out / Implementation)
• Responsible for planning, designing, scheduling of projects with consultants and executing the same with the help of selected SI partner
• Raising PR based on IT assessment for all the projects
• Responsible for following up with purchase department for PO release, Coordinating with various IT vendors for delivery of material, its storage, inventory assessment
• Responsible for implementation of the project as per the IT design plan and coordinating with Architect, Internal Team, SI Partner etc.
• Planning, Organizing, directing and controlling activities and resources required to carry out multiple, simultaneous IT infrastructure project and supporting activities involved in multi-disciplinary teams
• Sharing and aligning plans with functional stake holders about IT systems and processes
• Responsible for hiring IT components like Network Cabling (Horizontal and vertical), hub room designing and building network system, racking mounting, switch configuration, WI-FI AP deployment, IPT etc. as a part of project execution.
• Managing documentation of PR/PO, Challans, Installation reports, configuration reports, test reports, site certification, Agreements, AMC’s / Contract rate for IT equipment.
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings with respective stake holders for IT – Project Roll out & implementation.
• Responsible for doing documentation, tendering process and RFP, preparing comparative analysis of technical know-how for Finalisation
• Tracking purchases, delivery and giving approval for bills processing of vendors to Purchase dept.
• Scheduling and planning downtime for system implementation & integration for ongoing projects
• Following best process for the project management, documentation and complying with audit requirement
• Any other responsibilities as may be assigned to you by the Management from time to time
• Design and validation of BOQs for FAPA, FF & Intelligent building management system
• Need to work with architect, and other consultants for the effective implementation, tracking, successful completion and handover to operation team
