Job summary

Iron Systems, Inc is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Management/Coordination professional in Noida with 5-9 years of IT infrastructure experience. The role involves leading end-to-end network deployments, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing client relationships.

Remote work is possible initially with a USA shift; office presence in Noida may be required. You will design solutions, track multiple deployments using Agile or Waterfall, handle resource planning, BoM

Qualifications

• 5-9 Years IT infrastructure project management/coordination experience
• End-to-end IT network infrastructure deployment experience
• Excellent external-facing communication skills, with ability to deliver high-stakes customer presentations and manage long-term client relationships
• Strong stakeholder engagement, bridging customer needs with internal cross-functional teams
• Remote work initially but willing to start from office (Noida) if asked for
• Shift timing would be a U.S.A. shift
• Billing and invoicing management
• Team Performance & SLA management
• Experience in solution design and implementation in infrastructure and networking domains
• Experience managing multiple deployment projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies
• Provide PM services for Network deployments (resource planning, task allocation, tracking)
• Manage project schedules and communicate risks to stakeholders
• Study deployment procedures and discuss with TPMs/PgMs/Planners
• Schedule remote resources and manage access during execution
• Work with customers for requirement gathering
• Report project analysis using dashboards, reports, and decks
• Revise documents as issues arise
• Create and update BoM per project requirements
• Update workflows/dashboards and assign bugs to infrastructure TPMs
• Proven ability to manage diverse technical teams with strong EQ

Infrastructure Project Management/Coordination

• Experience in solution design and implementation in infrastructure and networking domains.
• Strong background in managing multiple, concurrent deployment projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Provide Project Management services for Network deployments, including (Resource planning as per forecast/Task allocation and planning and Regular project tracking and updates)
• Manage project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders.
• Study infrastructure deployment procedures and discuss with TPMs/PgMs/Planners.
• Scheduling remote resources, managing access, and tracking projects during execution and extending necessary support.
• Work with customers for requirement gathering.
• Report project analysis using dashboards, reports, and decks.
• Revise documents as new issues arise.
• Create and update BoM (Bill of materials) per project requirements.
• Update workflows/dashboards and assign bugs as needed to infrastructure TPMs.
