Job summary

TVM Signalling And Transportaion Systems is seeking an experienced project role to drive procurement, budgeting, and site coordination. You will lead meetings, manage design kick-offs, resolve technical queries, and ensure document approvals throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong planning, negotiation, and leadership skills, with a solid background in SSBU processes, interlocking systems, and contract understanding.

Responsibilities

• Prepare initial budget and PDP & budget alignment.
• Take over project and manage handover with customer at key stages.
• Conduct meetings with customers at relevant stages.
• Perform site visits as necessary.
• Lead design kick-off and coordinate with design teams.
• Resolve technical queries and ensure documentation approval.
• Prepare PMR & CTC and circulate for review.
• Ensure BOM and engineering documents are approved.
• Plan procurement based on lead times.
• Track procurement and material supply, raise invoices.
• Follow up on payments with customers.
• Conduct contract closeout with lessons learned and certificates.
• Coordinate supplier selection and finalization withPurchage.
• Confirm delivery validity, insurance and performance guarantees.
• Submit contractual documents (PBG, GPA, indemnity, insurance).
• Ensure site readiness for installation and OEM-compliant wiring.
• Coordinate with site engineers and technicians for activities.
• Interface with design and verification teams.
• Coordinate FAT, SAT with customer and OEM.
• Provide final markup copies to design team and submit documents.
• Coordinate customer approvals for site works and extensions.
• Submit relevant letters to customers on time (DP extensions, PBG, insurance, deputation).
• Ensure maintenance per OEM recommendations and customer-approved reports.
• Coordinate with OEM for FAT, site visits and OEM certification.
• Assess competency of site engineers and technicians regularly.
• Identify non-conforming products and segregate with remarks.
• Cross-check stock register and manage DT for documents.

Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities

• 1. Initial Budget Prepartion.
• 2.Take Over Project.
• 3.Conduct meeting with Customers at relevent stages.
• 4.Conductsite visit as necessary.
• 5.Conduct Design Kick-off Meeting.
• 6.Close Technical Queries.
• 7.Prepare PDP & Budget.
• 8.Prepare PMR & CTC regularly and circulate for review.
• 9.Ensure approval of BOM and other engineering documents before acceptance.
• 10.Prepare procurement based on lead time and building readiness. 11.Rise PR as per procurement schedule & follow - up for material supply. 12.Rise Invoice request.
• 13.Follow up for payment with customer.
• 14.Conduct closeout meeting on completion of contract scope(includes lessons learnt,data analysis report & certificates from customer)
• 15.Co-ordinate with purchage for supplier selection & finalization. 16.Ensure Validity of delivery period,Isurance & Performance Bank Guarantee.
• 17.Ensure submission of contractual documents to customer(PBG,GPA,Idemnity bond & Insurance)
• 18.Ensure relay room readiness before starting the installtion.
• 19.Ensure quality of Installation & wiring as per OEM Guidelines & RDSO Pre-Commissioning checklist.
• 20.Co-ordinate with site engineers 7 technicians for site activities. 21.Co-ordinate with Design & verification.
• 22.Co-ordinate with T&C for customer FAT , SAT & Commissioning. 23.Ensure Submission of As made markup copy to design Team. 24.Ensure submission of final documents.
• 25.Co-ordinate with customer for getting approvals of site works(Material Transaction, indoor & Outdoor activities).
• 26.Ensure ontime submission of relevant letters to customers(Extension of DP,PBG,Insurance & Deputation letters to site staff's)
• 27.Ensure maintenance is carried out as per OEM recommendation & reports approved by customer.
• 28.Co-ordinate with OEM for FAT ,site visit & OEM certification. 29.Access the competency of site engineers & technicians at defined frequency.
• 30.Ensure non- confirming products identified separately,isolated 7 sent back to originators with remarks & identification.
• 31.Cross verify the stock register maintained by site engineers. 32.Ensure DT for incoming as well as outgoing documents
