Job summary

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate leadership and management skills.
• Experience in HVAC, Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, Electrical, Acoustics, and civil work execution.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and bill of quantity.
• Knowledge of fire safety codes (NFPA/NBC/BIS) and electrical safety standards (IEC/NEC/IS).
• Strong communication and accountability with stake holders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare strategies for project execution.
• Lead labors/vendors and site team to complete work.
• Monitor project progress and enforce timelines.
• Resolve site issues as they arise.
• Manage on-site stock inventories.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely material delivery.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to stay on track.
• Submit daily and weekly progress reports to the vertical head.
• Update client on work progress.
• Conduct daily/weekly/monthly meetings with vendors to monitor progress and address issues.
• Obtain necessary approvals and coordinate with department/customer.
• Prepare inventory for ongoing/upcoming work with the purchasing department.
• Maintain drawings, measurement books, and inventory lists.
• Prepare measurement books, running bills, and site measurements for Government & Private projects.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Plan & Prepare strategies for project execution.
• To lead labors/vendors and team members for getting the work done at site.
• Monitor Project progress & ensure strict timeframes
• To solve issues that arises at site
• Manage Inventories of stock at site
• Coordinate with Vendors to ensure that all materials reaches to site on time
• Manage & coordinate with both internal & external team members to ensure everything is on track
• Daily & weekly report submission and presentation with vertical head on work progress
• To update client on the work progress.
• Should conduct daily/weekly/monthly meetings with vendors to monitor the work progress & address the issues.
• To carry out necessary approvals and co-ordination with department/customer.
• To prepare the inventory required for on going work and upcoming work as per the schedule with purchase department.
• Maintain drawings, measurement book, inventory list
• To a Ability/Experience for preparation of Measurement book (MB), Running bills, joined site measurement on Government & Private projects.

Preferred candidate profile

• A person with Good leadership and Management skills .
• Preferably candidates with experience in HVAC, Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, Electrical, Acoustics, Civil Work Execution/Supervision, Coordinate, and Execute Electrical, Networking, Interior, and Turnkey projects.
• Ensure compliance with fire safety codes (e.g., NFPA, NBC, BIS).
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards (e.g., IEC, NEC, IS standards).
• Ability to understand/read Drawings, system architecture, system functionality and Bill of Quantity.
• Candidate with Accountability and who can communicate clearly
• Candidate with Strategic thinking & problem-solving ability
• Should be able to work under pressure
• Person who is ready to get on to field and get the work done at any cost
• should be willing to work at assigned site locations.
