Responsibilities

• Lead construction management activities for major industrial, manufacturing, data center, power, transportation, or infrastructure projects.
• Monitor and control project progress with adherence to timelines, budgets, quality, and safety.
• Coordinate with clients, design consultants, contractors, authorities, and stakeholders for seamless execution.
• Review construction methodologies, work plans, schedules, and resource deployment strategies.
• Drive contractor performance management, progress monitoring, and productivity improvements.
• Ensure compliance with contract specifications, regulations, and HSE requirements.
• Conduct progress review meetings and provide status reports to senior management and clients.
• Manage site risks, resolve construction issues, and mitigate delays.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and oversee construction execution for large-scale high CAPEX industrial and infrastructure projects from the PMC side. The role involves managing project delivery, contractor performance, quality, safety, cost control, and schedule adherence while acting as the Owner's representative throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead construction management activities for major industrial, manufacturing, data center, power, transportation, or infrastructure projects.


• Monitor and control project progress, ensuring adherence to approved timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements.


• Coordinate with clients, design consultants, contractors, authorities, and stakeholders for seamless project execution.


• Review construction methodologies, work plans, project schedules, and resource deployment strategies.


• Drive contractor performance management, progress monitoring, and productivity improvement initiatives.


• Ensure compliance with contract specifications, statutory regulations, and HSE requirements.


• Conduct progress review meetings and provide regular project status reports to senior management and clients.

Key Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.


• 20+ years of experience in construction management of large-scale Industrial, Manufacturing, Energy, Data Center, Transportation, Oil & Gas, or Infrastructure projects.


• Proven experience working with reputed PMC, EPC, or engineering consultancy organizations.


• Strong exposure to projects with significant CAPEX investments.


• Expertise in project planning, construction sequencing, stakeholder management, contract administration, and risk management.


• Strong leadership, client-facing, negotiation, and team management skills.


• Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Preferred Experience

• Experience managing projects exceeding 1,000 Crore CAPEX.


• Exposure to multi-disciplinary construction environments and fast-track project delivery.


• Strong understanding of international project management and construction best practices.
