TTEC Digital in Hyderabad, India is seeking a seasoned Project Manager – Salesforce to lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations and ensure on-time, on-scope delivery with strong client relationships. The role requires robust project governance, risk management, and cross-functional coordination across distributed teams.

The ideal candidate will bring 8–12+ years of IT project management, deep Salesforce experience, and proven Agile/Scrum leadership.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Salesforce projects from initiation through closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with clients, Product Owners, Analysts, Architects, Developers, QA.
• Lead governance, status meetings, steering committees, and client communications.
• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
• Track progress, identify delays or risks, and drive corrective actions.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate across distributed teams and client stakeholders.
• Monitor resource needs, utilization, capacity and priorities.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality and acceptance criteria.
• Prepare status reports, RAID logs, and governance docs.
• Support estimation, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and planning for Salesforce opportunities.
• Identify process improvements and drive delivery excellence.

Job Expectations

TTEC Digital is expanding its Salesforce practice in Hyderabad, India. As a Project Manager – Salesforce, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end Salesforce project delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining strong client relationships and delivery quality.

The role requires strong project management, stakeholder management, Agile/Scrum delivery, risk management, and a good understanding of Salesforce implementations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Salesforce projects from initiation through delivery and closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
• Work closely with clients, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders.
• Lead project governance, status meetings, steering committee meetings, and client communications.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Track project progress, identify potential delays or risks, and drive corrective actions.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Ensure effective coordination between distributed teams and client stakeholders.
• Monitor resource requirements, utilization, capacity, and project priorities.
• Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality, timelines, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage escalations and facilitate resolution of project and delivery issues.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, RAID logs, and other governance documentation.
• Support estimation, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and project planning for new Salesforce opportunities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive continuous improvement across project delivery.
• Ensure effective communication across technical and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Eligibility & Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent.
• 8–12+ years of IT project management experience, with significant experience managing Salesforce projects.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce implementations and the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Proven experience managing Agile/Scrum projects and distributed teams.
• Strong experience in client management, stakeholder management, risk management, and project governance.
• Experience with project planning, estimation, budgeting, resource management, and delivery tracking.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Salesforce certifications, or Agile/Scrum certifications are preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with geographically distributed teams.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and ability to operate in a fast-paced consulting environment.
