Job summary

Cloud SynApps Inc. is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Project Manager for a full-time hybrid role in India.

You will lead large Salesforce implementations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery while aligning with client expectations and quality standards. You will manage stakeholders at all levels, drive agile delivery, and uphold Salesforce best practices across modules such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Salesforce Project Management, especially for large-scale implementations.
• Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (preferred).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
• Expertise in Agile methodologies for Salesforce implementations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, features, and best practices.
• Proven track record of managing stakeholders at various organizational levels, including executives.
• Experience leading and coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring collaborative success.

• Provide regular updates and status reports to key stakeholders.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Salesforce Project Manager for a full-time, hybrid role at Cloud SynApps Inc. The Project Manager will oversee the successful delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring timely execution, effective communication, and seamless coordination among teams and stakeholders. This role is pivotal in driving large Salesforce implementations, particularly within the Public Sector, while maintaining a focus on quality and best practices.
